Esperanza is the Spanish word for hope. Hope is something that lives within us and is helpful in times of difficulty. The practice is named after the founder's paternal grandmother, but is an ode to all her ancestors. We hope to help you overcome challenges, improve your mental well-being, and achieve your goals.
Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being.
Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others who are going through similar challenges. We offer groups for a variety of mental health concerns. More information will be posted once groups are ready to launch.
Currently we only offer teletherapy services in the state of Texas. Teletherapy is an accessible way for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. Our teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially via a HIPAA compliant secure platform.
